That is why Bailwood is particular with who we choose to represent as their official Schoolwear partner who adhere to our standards of conduct, which include sourcing fabric and labour responsibly, while considering ethical, economic, and environmental factors. We believe that it is our responsibility to make sure that our products have a positive impact on both people and the planet. 

The Schoolwear industry is both complex and highly reliant on labour. At Bailwood, our top priority is to maintain human dignity, safety, and respect in all factories, both in the UK and around the world. We are committed to upholding all local standards and laws in every country where we, and the providers we represent, operate. We believe that every worker has the right to work in a safe and healthy environment, and we are committed to ensuring that this is the case in our store. 

Bailwood Fashion Ltd. Ethical Code of Practice with regards to the Schoolwear providers it chooses to work with, covers the following areas:

We have confidence in their ability to consistently produce high-quality garments that comply with all ethical trading standards. Our guidelines and policies ensure that they adhere to our strict standards for ethical trading. We are committed to working only with suppliers who share our values and commitment to ethical practices, and we will continue to maintain these relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
