Delivery and Collection Information

Delivery Times & Charge

We aim to have all of our orders dispatched as early as the following day after your order has been placed, though this may take 2 - 3 days during our busy periods.

Our shipping is carried out using Royal Mail tracked delivery so a signature will be required upon delivery.

After the dispatch of your order, please allow 3 - 10 working days for the arrival of your order.

NOTE:

  • At this point in time we do not accommodate for next delivery
  • The delivery lead times mentioned above are estimated and are not guaranteed
  • We do not ship to PO box address

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 on all orders.

Tracking your order

After having placed your order, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation screen where you will find your Order Number. Use this Order Number to track your order up until dispatch

As long as you are logged into your account on www.baillwood.co.uk you will be able to find your Order Number by visiting Your Account page and navigating to the order you wish to track.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a Recorded Delivery tracking number which you can use to track your order via www.royalmail.co.uk

Order not received

 

Before contacting Bailwood regarding issues with the delivery of your order, be sure to follow through the steps below:

  1. Check on the status of your order using the order tracking system
  2. Has it been more than 10 working days since your order was dispatched
  3. Call your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order after having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you. To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740740.

In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit we will do our utmost in replacing the order and have it dispatched to you again s soon as possible. Do note that claims for lost in transit orders must be made with in 60 days of the dispatch date of your order. Any claims made after this date, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.

Click & Collect in store - FREE

PLEASE NOTE: DURING OUR BUSY PERIOD PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 DAYS FOR PROCESSING. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY TO COLLECT.

For next day collection order place your order by 4pm (Subject to stock availability) Once an order is placed you will receive an email informing you that your order has been successful. Do note that this is not a confirmation that your order is ready to collect. Once an order has been processed you will receive a second email to confirm that your order is ready for collection. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk box if you have not received an email within 24 hours (If an item is out of stock you will be informed of an approximate arrival date where possible). When collecting in store, you will be required to bring a minimum of TWO of the items listed below:

  1.  Email confirmation of the purchase2.
  2. Photo Identification3.
  3. Proof of Address4.
  4. Card that you made the purchase with Click and Collect

Orders will require a signature upon collection of goods as confirmation of receipt.

Returns

 

What if I need to return an item?

Unless faulty, items can be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are unworn and in their original condition and packaging complete with all labels. Please note that we can only exchange the same item for a different size. If you require an alternative item then please place a new order and return the original/s for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund gum shields unless faulty. Please enclose a completed returns form, which is provided on the tear-off section of your dispatch note which you received with your order. If the value of the item which you have returned for exchange is greater or less than the value of the new item requested, we will automatically charge or refund the difference to the card originally used to place the order. PLEASE NOTE that your replacement items will automatically be dispatched to the default delivery address as shown on your account at the time your returns are processed.

Do I have to pay to return items?

Returns are made at your own cost. Items being returned can be sent back to us in the resealable bag in which you received your order or in the bag provided with boxed orders, using the label on your dispatch note.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
